Pain during exercise

Muscle pain can also be due to stretching too intense. During a stretching or softening session, stretched muscles may tingle or shake. Stretching a muscle creates micro-lesions just like contraction, and can lead to the same consequences.
After the sport comes the time of the upgrade for the muscles. Lactic acid is eliminated, calcium is recycled, energy stocks are rebuilt. Pain after exercise

The complete rupture, even more serious, requires 6 months of rest, and must often be treated by surgery and re-education sessions.
